Fee Costs

It is difficult to provide a set fee for every occasion since all properties vary. So, basic information such as the type, size, location, condition of the property(ies) plus information as to its future use, where you stand in the purchase chain, if there are several properties on the site then does it have to be self-financing, etc is obtained from you via a simple questionnaire or over the telephone. Once this is to hand and we can establish a service level requirement and plan of action, and the likely costs of my services.

The Project Management service would be based on a percentage of final cost or fixed fee basis. Disbursements are included. A nominal sum for travelling expenses is included where costs can be split amongst other commissions which are geographically convenient. Where this is not the case it will be kept to an absolute minimum and can be negotiated beforehand. The savings in both time and money when purchasing or renovating a property made by engaging a professional advisor will more often than not pay for the cost of that service.
